Pure Excellence! Not only was James professional and nice, but he explained everything to me until I understood. I called them late in the afternoon. A technician "Chris U." came out to check our heater unit and he was very pleasant and professional. He was very clean and detailed oriented and answered all of my questions. Another good technician that represents well Steve's 5 Star Service.

My A/C stopped working out of nowhere. The unit was only 3 years old. Not only did this company come out and diagnose the problem, but they had it fixed in 10 mins and even checked to make sure the A/C was still under warranty! I would highly recommend them because they are legit and affordable.

Our technicians were Fern and Andy. When they arrived, I mixed up dates and had no idea they were coming. As I tried to make sense of the situation, Fern and Andy waited patiently and respectfully. It lasted about a half an hour and come to find out it was all my fault for mixing up the days. Again, Fern and Andy I apologize! They got to work and at first they gave me a end time for 3pm, which was more than fine. These guys wrapped it up by 1:30pm. They did an amazing job replacing and installing the new furnace and outdoor unit. Professional in every aspect from the impressive installation to the respectful attitude in which they worked with. They left taking all the old material as well as all the trash that was made leaving the area around the units cleaner than it was before they started! Very grateful for that! We will definitely rave to friends and neighbors about the excellent job they did in hopes more business may come their way because they truly deserve it!

I used Steve's service for my broken AC. IT IS AN OLD UNIT. Although things didn't turn out perfect initially, I talked with Steve personally and he completely resolved the situation above my expectations. I now have his personal cell phone if I need any further work OR a new system. I really appreciated the character and integrity of this owner!!!!

I called Steve's 5 Star Service to fix our AC unit because it was no longer blowing cold air. I had contacted several places prior but they would not be able to come until two days and sometimes two weeks later. This was not the case with Steve's 5 Star Service.

Great service from my technician- he came at 8am and the house was cool by 11am. Fair price and I was never "hustled" into spending more than was necessary. I'd call these guys again for sure.

We were having problems with our HVAC. It was no longer blowing out cold. Called Steve's 5 Star. Our tech came out Chris. He was outstanding. He explained everything that was going on with our unit. In our case it was a ceased fan motor. I had him maintenance the unit. I recommend getting their membership it takes 15percent off the bill. And they maintenance your HVAC and furnace for 2 years. I highly recommend this company.

Steves was great. They worked with us on price and gave us a fair deal. They also did a complete install of AC, Furnace and ducts in one day on one of the hottest days of the year! Fernando, Clayton and Arturo were professional and did an excellent job on the install!

Much more reasonably priced than another quote we got, and great work with a new HVAC system for us. Also we got a whole house fan from them, which has been good for us. Good honest people to work with.

Saved the Day and Fixed Our AC

It is Sunday the 4th of July and Doug Kriezel From Steve's AC/Heating/Plumbing came out within 20 minutes and fixed the capacitor inside our condenser within 45 minutes to an hour. He was honest and transparent and even attempted to guide us through a few trouble shooting possibilities via phone prior to coming out. Would have been a hot and uncomfortable holiday for our family until Doug saved the day and fixed our AC. Thanks Doug for being our hero and bringing a smile to all of our faces on this holiday. I called Steve's yesterday at 12:30 with concern that my AC was working sporadically. I really thought I would be put on a waitlist. To my surprise a technician arrived at 1:00. He spent about 1 1/2 hours thoroughly checking the air filter, thermostat, coolant, vents and contacts. John diagnosed the problem and was able to repair my AC. He was courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. I would definitely call Steve's again if future service is needed and request John Wayne.

Awesome Service

Just had John Z come out and look at our a/c. It was having some issues blowing warm air out. Of course it decided to start working before he arrived. I explained the problem and he went and checked out our system. He found that the stater fan was going bad and said that he noticed that whoever did the last repair on our capacitor didn't do it right. He explained what they did and that he corrected the issue.

That's another reason we don't use that particular company anymore because everytime they came out they always found something wrong and on top of all that they did crappy work. Probably why they had to change their business name.

Overall I am very pleased with John Z and the company's service. The company we normally use nowadays couldn't really give me a day they could come out due to staff shortage but Steve's said they could come out the next day and John Z was here at the beginning of the window they gave me. AWESOME! AWESOME, AWESONE! Thank you to all of you!

In the recent storms this past month, I was faced with a leaking cealing in my hallway.

Called a roofer and he informed me that the seals in my AC unit were cracked causing the water damage in my home. I called Steve's 5 star and they set up an appointment. Omar was my tech professional and friendly. After doing the initial service check on the unit he informed me of other gaps that could cause a fire hazard. Omar took care of all the repairs promptly and even took pictures of the "before" & "after". He also followed up on the next storm to make sure there were no new leaks.

I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

After getting 6 or 7 estimates by phone for a straightforward new garbage disposal installation, I went with Steve's. One company hung up on me, one only wanted to come out to "see" the install job, two companies were asking double what Steve's wanted and the other charged by the half hour. ( if their plumber dragged his feet you could imagine what that might have cost!). The quote was fair. The company local. The response was on time. The fellow wore booties to keep walking through the house clean. he was done in a timely manner, polite, informative and made sure to double check each connection for leaks. Would I use Steve's again? You bet.

Charles, AC Service guy came, inspected and provided us an estimate of a full AC unit since our old AC unit was 28 years old and was completely damaged. Further use of that old AC could have caused some serious damages to the home. Charles provided an estimate that included new asbestos work too because the old one was asbestos duck work. Asbestos Abatement and an installation of full AC unit cost around $14000 to $15000. Price was fair compared to the other companies around this region. Thier solo brand is Carrier and it's competitive. It was 2 days work because of the installation of new duct work and they provided financing without interest for 60 months. The techs were very cautious about COVID precautions and kept clean around the area of installation. This was a big work for them.
