Courteous, Knowledgeable and Respectful

I called Steve's yesterday at 12:30 with concern that my AC was working sporadically. I really thought I would be put on a waitlist. To my surprise a technician arrived at 1:00. He spent about 1 1/2 hours thoroughly checking the air filter, thermostat, coolant, vents and contacts. John diagnosed the problem and was able to repair my AC. He was courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. I would definitely call Steve's again if future service is needed and request John Wayne.
